Why JungleGem Home? I feel at ease in nature and I love combining modern design with natural elements.

Since I was a kid, I have played with sticks and plants. My brother and I would spend hours at the lake building houses for GI Joe and Barbie with stones and driftwood. Being around water and creating things with natural elements were sources of pleasure for me as a child. In 2021, my husband yearned to be near the ocean again and we decided to make a move across the country to Sarasota, Florida. I had owned a successful staging company in Texas while also holding my real estate license for 21 years. I decided to dig into real estate and staging again in Florida but this time with an emphasis on biophilia and my connection with nature. We gutted and remodeled our Sarasota home as an example of how neuroaesthetics can improve one’s wellbeing and be both an exciting and calming space.

Now I am a licensed Realtor in Sarasota county and I hold multiple certifications in professional home staging, biophilia, color consultation, short term rentals and styling luxury properties. Coupling my keen eye for design with my understanding of human nature allows me to style a variety of homes that appeal to a wide range of buyers. Over the past 15 years I have learned how to showcase a home's best features and how to make a home "speak" to each person that walks through the door.
